We are so luck that the Panthers WRs can't catch. 3 or 4 drops already, including Samuel just dropping a TD. Receivers are running wide open all night for Carolina. Just awful coverage by Miami.

Yep - Gruden just said the Phins are showing "bad body language" on the sideline - as  the Panthers march down the field with ease.  I think the Phins just expect bad things to happen at this point...that's not good, at all.

With good reason. Defense makes a great stop, gives us a chance to go in only down 3 after a very uneven half, and Gase and Cutler just hand the Panthers seven.

24-7, and I say it'll end up 41-7.

Why even bother going for it on 4th if all you're going to do is run up the gut against the best short-yardage D in the NFL???  Horrible playcall.

And on the other sider, James Stewart and Cameron Artis-Payne both look like Emmitt Smith and it seems like the D has thrown in the towel.

31-7...this Dolphins team is officially dead.

Hmm. I think I underestimated. Better make that 45-7 or 48-7.

Yep, stick a fork in 'em. They may win a couple of games, tops the rest of the way.

Ross needs to start from scratch. Starting with the front office.

Drake hasn't quit yet - beautiful 66 yard run! Great blocks by Gray and Tunsil. Too little too late, but at least there's some excitement!

If Adam Gase is the coach after next week i will forfeit the rest of the season. I will not repeatedly watch as the once proud dolphins crumble without getting better.

Adam Gase should be gone before the bus leaves

The team should leave Gase and Burke in Carolina, change the locks on the Dolphins' offices and practice facility, and empty their desks and leave their belongings in a cardboard box next to the dumpster. The dumpster, of course, will be on fire.

Still waiting for that creative play calling and up-tempo bullshit we get fed every time they switch coaches.

Another high-spirited and gutsy performance by a team that has given up on their coach. No real reason to keep Gase now unless the plan is to shit can everyone, eat all the cap money for a year or two and rebuild so we maybe, maybe can be competitive by 2020.

He's not going anywhere though. They'll probably find a way to pin the entire season on Tannehill. "He wasn't enough of a leader on the sidelines," and Ross will give him 2 more years (canning him in the middle of the second one) to continue to face-fuck the fans.

A couple more games like this, and I don't see how Gase can return as head coach next season. This is just pathetically bad football.

The 1-15 team would kick this team's ass.

I guess they decided they didn't want to get on board. I wonder, will they fire all the players or just the head coach. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.

That's a real tough one. Wink

Oh, they'll blame it on injuries and personnel.

For all the flak Hickey was given, he did get us two offensive weapons in two drafts for good value. Unfortunately we gave one away and are about to let the other walk for a compensatory pick.

Starting to understand why Timmons went AWOL. And starting to sympathize with him.

The absolute first thing I thought was that he took one look at the dumpster fire and decided that running the hell away was his best option.

welcome to what Miami really looks like. miami isn't a team that makes it to the playoffs. Miami picks up lackluster QB, OL that can block and a D that doesn't know what a turnover looks like.

I'd like to say first off that I have en even greater admiration for those of you who apparently watched this entire game than I did before, which trust me is a huge statement. And not only that but the posting was top notch as well. Serious kudos all around  cheers

If you think this team will actually win more than one game the rest of the season than you, sir, are a far bigger optimist than I ever thought before.

Join the club. Then again, can you have a club consisting of just one person? Laughing I was forfeiting seasons way before it was cool Cool

I wouldn't go that far but based on point differential alone I would honestly put money on them winning. The '07 team had more heart and guts, and it's not even close.

How sad is it that Hickey is the best Fins GM of the past 20 years? Because he is. Naturally, he couldn't be gotten rid of fast enough. Rolling Eyes
