Jets sign RB Stevan Ridley
One-year contract. Nice pick-up for the Jets IMO. He had also visited the Redskins and Dolphins.

May his fumbling propensity continue to flourish.

Well two tears in a bucket. MF it!
I hate to admit this, but I like Bowles, I like the D line coach he stole from us, and I'm starting to like the moves the Jets are making. Dammit all!
Of course the one thing I don't like is their QB depth chart, so at least there's that...

I agree. I think they are putting together a good roster and I also like the coaching staff. Much like the Bills, they'd be contenders if they had a QB.

The AFC East has improved and all gunning to finally challenge the Pats.

Definitely. Seems like all three teams have been treading water for years, and now they've all decided to wake up at the same time! I still think the Pats will run away with the division as long as Brady is healthy, but it should be a battle for second place and a possible wildcard spot.
Sadly, I think overall the Phins are #4 in the division - at least right now. Still a lot of time before the season, though.
Re: Jets sign RB Stevan Ridley
Unfortunately I also think with the bad coaches and lack of proven offensive playmakers we still are 4th.

Sadly, what will likely happen is that the Bills, Jets and Fins all wind up cannibalizing each other while the Pats waltz into the division title yet again

As of now the Pats defense scares no one. As of now I'm picking Buffalo to win the division. A strong Miami draft and some late free agent signings could make me change my tune. I'm a homer after all.

I have a healthy respect for any D that has the uncanny ability to turn the opponents' OC brain dead once that team gets inside the one.
No, I will never let that go
