Should be BPA...like it should every year, but I am gonna say they fixate on one player to the exclusion of everyone else.

I SUSPECT another year with Gase...which will be about like this year IMO.

Then Ross will pull the plug and start it all over again.

Whoever is injured, an overreach, a questionable pick for the draft position, and possibly has a motivation issue.

LB and DE seem to be the most pressing needs. I don't think the Phins will draft OL or QB at all....two positions they should be looking at.

Who will they pick first? It's obvious, people. It'll be whoever I identify as a surefire bust weeks if not months beforehand. Why should this year be different from any other?

Me too. And he'd be a sound, logical choice in the top half of the first round. Which means he won't be a Dolphin, we can count on that.

are there any diminutive slot receivers that are good at getting 2 yards out of a bubble screen? that will be the pick.

Without doing much research on the draft as a whole, Roquan Smith is definitely high on my list.

Smith in round 1 and Mark Andrews (the TE from Oklahoma) in round 2 would make me feel a lot better about the Phins.

McMillan would be the MLB, maybe you keep Anthony at strongside LB, and if I drafted Smith I'd put him at weakside LB...and put Alonso on the bench. That LB corps would be a step in the right direction for sure, although I am not sold on McMillan or Anthony just yet.

But really, until we get a real coaching staff with a legit scheme, I'm not sure how much better this D will actually get.
