On the bright side.... I guess there's 8 of the top 20 that would have been a worse choice.

Yeah, the Bills seem to have selected a great one in Tradavius White. Dammit!

White was a steal at 27. He was my favorite corner in the draft, and he had a truly excellent rookie season. Elite talent.

On Tank: he was much better than I expected. Solid rookie season. But, he was frequently out of position, and having just 7 passes defensed with 0 INTs in 11 games is not good. He also seems pretty slow. I think he can be a solid #2, but I don't think he'll ever be a star or anything. Which is fine. Hopefully the new DB coach can teach him to get the ball.

It'll be interesting to see if the coaches let Tank and Lippett compete for the #2 spot, or if they just hand the job to Tank. Both players are flawed, but can be decent.

They are going to let them compete for the position. I don't see how any of them even Howard is a shoe in for the #1 spot

Howard gets the #1 tag because there's no one else. IMO he's been a big disappointment so far. Hopefully he can have more than 2 good games in 2018.

In the greater scheme of things the pass rush was ineffective, no LB who can cover, mixed with a scheme that doesn’t fit will render Deion Sanders useless. Playing Tom Brady twice a year doesn’t exactly set you up for a successful season numbers wise. IMHO, there’s no way anyone on defense can be successful.
