Fins Release Depth Chart
Guess who's a first string guard? Don't look if you've just eaten breakfast or need some time to digest it.

Why rookie McCain so low? Maybe just early?

Because this team is stupid and Philbin hates rookies would be my guess
Seriously, article comes out about how he's making plays, Fins have a bunch of bums at CB, he's 4th on the first depth chart released. Makes perfect sense to me!

Okay, now I feel a little better.

Brice McCain BTW is the team's shortest CB so I don't even want to see anything said about Bobby's lack of size.

### Jamar Taylor lined up as the first-team boundary cornerback opposite Brent Grimes, suggesting he will start Thursday. Brice McCain, the first-team nickel cornerback who is also battling Taylor on the boundary, left practice with a groin issue but the Dolphins do not believe it’s serious. Rookie Bobby McCain then replaced him as the first-team slot corner.
Will Davis and Zack Bowman (who picked off Ryan Tannehill on Tuesday) were the second-team boundary cornerbacks.

Re: Fins Release Depth Chart
The race between Dallas Thomas and Jamil Douglas for the left guard job is a toss-up. Thomas began the day with the starters but Douglas also received substantial first-team work.
The quality of their performance during camp has “been close,” coach Joe Philbin said. “I thought Jamil, for a rookie, the other night, handled himself pretty well.”
For the first time during training camp, Thomas also received some work at left tackle, behind Jason Fox, but that was done merely to prepare the team for an emergency situation.

for an emergency situation - or is Philbin trying to find a way to justify keeping Thomas on the roster? mark my words, if Douglas does indeed beat Thomas out, then i guarantee he'll be moved to another position and given every chance to take it...as a matter of fact, it wouldn't surprise me at all to see Thomas moved over to then take Turner's spot at right guard.

That starting linebacker corps looks very weak.

Re: Fins Release Depth Chart
LB looks like a disaster. Misi is already hurt, now Chris McCain is hurt, and the best depth players are undrafted rookies.
