Dead at 86. Seems like he should've been even older considering he last coached 24 years ago. managed to be a bit of a thorn in the Fins' sides while at Buffalo in the early 80s and of course the '83 Seahawks.

I think it was Parcells who said something like "Only the toughest players want to play for Chuck Knox." Win, lose or draw, that guy's teams would kick the crap out of their opponents. RIP.
