* TOP is not shown for any games prior to the '83 season so for all we know they might've had a couple of wins where they had the ball less time, but I can only go by what's official. This might not even be the lowest TOP they've had in a win over the Raiders, seeing as the Fins had just 7 first downs in the '70 victory over Oakland. But again, TOP was not even an official stat kept back then.

Not good to get totally shut down in the running game. Coaches need to figure out a way to disguise running looks and vary the calls. IMO our running attack is too simplistic if opponents can simply decide to take it away and that works.

Drake has been a major disappointment so far. But I think the OL has to shoulder most of the blame. Right now, they can't open holes in the run game at all. Larsen and Kilgore are just terrible.

Has Gase come out and praised Larsen again?
