Sort of makes those give-up games against the Bengals and the Colts seem important now, eh?

The coach had such a pathetic reaction to those losses. I do not like Adam Gase for that reason alone. The media that had turned on him is now coming out in support of him. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s inked an extension before the end of today!

Hard to imagine this team beating the Vikes in Minnesota.  I don't see any way we shut down that passing game.

I hear you. However, I thought there was NO WAY they would beat a Patriots team desperate to keep pace with the top seeded teams in the AFC playoff race.

I'm not just talking about the last play either. This was a competitive game all day, the lead changed hands something like 8 times. Our squad showed some serious fight and made some very nice plays.

We will have to get a Pass rush and Lucky for us the Vikings OL is there Weakness on Offense and they say Howard could be back. We will need to somehow by hook or Crook score probaly at least 24 or more to have a Chance.

They damn well better beat the Vikings, there's internet bragging rights at stake for me. That's Serious Business.

The Phins always play well against the Pats in Miami. But the Phins have been AWFUL on the road and their pass D is terrible. This looks like another beatdown to me.

I agree with JMP.

But then again...I would have thought even a MIRACLE would not have let them beat the Pats this year.

I suspect the Vikings tear the Phins D a new one, but....

Who knows with this team? I think their other name is the Miami Sybils! Neutral

I'm going to say it.

I expect them to lose all three games after the miracle. I think Scot said the same thing in another thread, and I agreed.

Bottom line for me: I am DONE getting my hopes up with this team. No way am I going to take the bait. Seen this play out way too many times, and the results are always the same.

I think 8-8 is likely.

Jags have quit, and we get them at home.

Vikings will be fighting for their lives, and they're at home.

Bills stink, but should have beaten us in Miami, and will beat us at home to bounce us out. We will be 8-7 with some hope heading in, and they'll end it.

I hope I'm wrong.

I just want to say kudos to those of you who called 8-8 back when I was convinced this team would win 5 games, 6 at the absolute most. I must be losing my touch Crying or Very sad

This game could very well define the Gase era: win, and maybe we're headed in the right direction. But lose, and it's the same ol' Dolphins.

I'd go as far as to say the next three, all need to be wins, or else we're still just treading water. Gase will retain his job solely on the fact that if Tannehill plays well in the last three (historically not something he does well) then Gase will have the "but Osweiler" card to play.

Lol! Yeah. It looks like the party is over.

Here’s my advice to Ross. Hire Louis Riddick and let him hire a personnel guy and head coach. Then go away for 4 years.

Tell me Ross can’t do worse. And likely will.

As optimistic as I want to be the only way Miami goes to the playoff is if they win both games. we already know that not happening so what I am hoping for is two more blow out losses to the Jags and the Bills so that Ross can fire Gase and hopefully Tannenbaum. The Grier will most likely still have a job unless Ross see Marino as the man.

But in the most and I mean most optimistic person I trying to be is that Miami wins both games. which means that the Titans will have to loss their next but win against the Colts the Colts on the other hand will have to loss both of their games for Miami to get in if they win the next two games......now that some real optimism

It would be really hard for the Dolphins to lose to the Jags. That team is a disaster. The Phins will get to 8 wins. But - I think they'll lose in Buffalo.

I guarantee they'll beat the Jags, because this team is a master at getting completely meaningless, pointless, and even counterproductive wins.
