From the moment I saw the Hans Gruber character, and how much I thought he was both cool and an asshole, I realized how much I loved Alan Rickman's acting.

He has died from cancer at age 69.

Another one . . . shitty week.

Great, great actor.  He was so versatile...could do just about anything.  But he was at his best as a villain!

R.I.P.  Another huge loss.   Sad
