Misi in the middle, again? Empty Misi in the middle, again?

at what point will the Dolphins realize that the "Misi as the fallback at MLB" is not a viable option?

As we first reported Sunday (and The Palm Beach Post reported today), Miami will keep a 4-3 defense. That means the Dolphins would like to add a natural mike linebacker to upgrade on Kelvin Sheppard, with the knowledge that they can move Koa Misi back there as a last resort if their search turns up empty.

what will they tell me next, that Dallas Thomas is a viable option as the starting OG? [that is a rhetorical question by the way]

UGH!  When will the Dolphin fascination with Misi end?  He's never been better than average...and I would argue that his last two seasons were very much below average.  The guy literally NEVER makes an impact play.

I would also argue that Sheppard's play at MLB in the second half of the season was better than Misi ever looked in the middle.  I'd keep Sheppard as a fallback at MLB (he also plays special teams), and dump Misi once and for all.

This team continues to fail at player evaluation...always the same story regardless of who's in charge.

Sweet, more day-late-dollar-short MLB play.
