One hell of a party
The message is pretty clear this off season. If you get high, Miami will sign you. Are these the measurable a the Dolphins want?

Oh dear God almighty...THIS was the best they could do?!?!
Seriously, even by this team's standards that signing is just brutal. Forget the weed, Pead simply doesn't belong on an NFL roster period.

I truly wish that this team would do something that makes sense to me. Just once, anyway.

The OffSeason from Hades continues!!!
Head scratching moves would be a few levels above some of these BARF-Inducing personnel decisions IMHO.
I had ABOUT decided the whole Adam Gase is a legitimate QB-Whisperer thing MIGHT have some merit...but you have to assume he gave his assent to some of the signings of these goobers...so, even if he can QB-Whisper good enough to make Tannehill a middle of the pack QB, these personnel decisions make me think he may be more akin to Dave "The Dumbarse Supreme" Wannstedt when it comes to personnel evaluation!!!!!
All I can say is...egad.
Not EGAD! mind you, but the more sedate egad, meaning, if I had the energy to be appalled, I would, but the Off Season from Hades has left me all but appalled out.

Re: One hell of a party
The whole 'Gase as QB whisperer' is just so Dolphins. The entire team sucks, so let's hire a very young 'QB guru' with limited experience to run the whole team AND make personnel decisions.
You want a QB guru? Hire a QB coach. The short-sighted plan to hire a head coach to fix the QB is just plain dumb, compounded by the fact that there's also a rookie defensive coordinator. Meanwhile, there is zero leadership on this team across the board, and the roster is essentially being held together by paper clips and chewing gum. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
But hey...we'll get compensatory picks next season, so it's all good.

Okay so this is the first time I have heard of him being a QB -whisper but lets get real Miami is not getting no better and won't get no better with Tannenbaum head of things.

You KNOW things have gotten bad when FF gives the subdued egad!
Seriously, the one entertaining development in months has been FF's nearly 20 years in the making turn to the dark side.

Re: One hell of a party
I have been "darkside" for years.
Just not to the point of total nihilism.
When you EXPECT bad things to happen, and even the moves that LOOK GOOD, to turn to bitter ashes, THAT is darkside IMHO. I had one brief moment of hope with SpongeBob Sparano before I realized he was a micro-managing dipshyte, and everything good was as illusory as depending on Chad Pennington's health, but since then, I have EXPECTED the bad outcome.
In fact, it no longer makes me MAD when they do something stupid. I have come to EXPECT IT.
I knew when Ross brought in Tannebaum, we were in for some egregiously bad years, and then even after he is gone, the bad will continue, because he will have screwed the team and cap up so badly, it will take a few years to get things back to just MEDIOCRE...assuming the right people are put in charge!
And with Steve "The Big Boob" Ross as the head man making the decision, assuming the "right people" are put in charge is an assumption of gargantuan proportions!!!

Re: One hell of a party
IDK why but FF busting out words like "nihilism" makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside
I didn't trust you at first FF (and made no secret about it) but posting in a manner that would've gotten you banned from the other site twice over for being too "negative" has won me over big time.

FF went over to the dark side when Wanny was hired. I remember it well.
