Just reading PFT, apparently yes there is still the potential to appeal further.

I'm not taking any of this seriously until Brady actually misses games. I'm just sick and tired in general of constantly hearing about people getting caught doing this or that, arrested, etc. like it's huge news when nothing ever happens to any of them. It's all just pointless blather as far as I'm concerned. Now a person actually being punished for wrongdoing? THAT would be major earth-shattering, paradigm-shifting blow your mind news.
