What did we give up?

I like the pick

Like the pick but not a fan of trading up although now it's said the Bears wanted Howard.

I do like Howard, and in fact I had the Phins taking him in my Phins mock. I hate that they traded up, but at least they got a good player. IMHO, ideally Howard would be a #2 corner, but on this team it shouldn't take long for him to be the #1. I just hope the coaches work with him on using his hands...he will draw tons of illegal contact and pass interference penalties if he doesn't clean that up.

Good pick though...no complaints from me.

Alexander dropped quite a bit; didn't expect him to still be here at 49.

The move isn't to bad but at the same time Miami can't give away picks

I had my heart set on Alexander as he seemed to be the "in" pick and the top CB on rankings I have read. I don't know anything about these guys so I won't judge the pick but I was upset with the trade up at first as it appears, going by rankings, it was a reach. Considering that other teams may have been interested makes me feel better about that if this is the guy they wanted.
