If he's there, Joe Dahl, OG. Played a lot of games injured and has everything you want in a guard. I think he would be a good back up and possibly starter by year two.

I suppose trading for extra picks on Day 3 is better than trading away five picks to draft two players on Day 2.



I suspect in a past life Tannenbum was one of the Indians who gave away Manhatten island for beads and trinkets.

EDIT: I see the Pats took the 5th rounder the Fins gave them and turned it into a 4th next year

I see they filled a lot of positions even QB except LB. Miami needs a good leader again like Offerdahl and Thomas.

Obviously this team has figured out they can't draft guards worth squat, so their solution is to draft first round OTs and move them there. They also think LBs are good for special teams only, and plan to unveil the revolutionary 4-1-6 D next season, only I'm not even sure they have six DBs on the roster right now who can actually play.

We also now know that Gase was co-running this draft with Tannenbum, and the arrangement was that Tannenbum makes the trades and Gase gets to take as many WRs as he wants because he plans on winning games next season 41-38.

As long as we plan on winning

Feels like we got two return guys in this draft in the Alabama kid and Shorty, although Grant can make some plays for sure.

Gase might plan on it, but only because he's too young and naive to realize that Ross and Tannenbum don't.

A team that actually wants to win doesn't have this kind of draft.

Miami is going after someone name Jones that is suppose to be a good LB not sure how that is working out.
