VERY good read.  I think most of it is legit.  The NFL rules limiting practice probably hurt OL more than any other position - there's just not enough time for teaching and to allow new players to gel with players that have already been in the system. And most coaches aren't very creative - they have their own way of doing things and they never deviate.  They're not interested in anything that runs counter to their own beliefs.

OL is definitely one of the more 'unsung' positions in the league.

Coaches, like players, in general are average. Some are terrible, even fewer are good, a scant few great.
