Sounds like a good pick up...........

Kerouac Smith wrote:The Miami Dolphins thought they got a steal on draft night when they snagged a falling Laremy Tunsil with the 13th pick.
They believe it even more a month later.

"He's been very, very, very impressive. He's every bit what we thought he was, which has a chance to be exceptional," offensive coordinator Clyde Christensen raved to the Miami Herald after Tuesday's practice.

The team had high hopes for the former star left tackle from the University of Mississippi when it ended his first-round freefall, which was caused by a bizarre scenario that saw embarrassing and potentially incriminating video and text messages leaked as the draft was starting.

He should look great at these light practices.  Let's see how he looks at guard when the pads come on and the hitting is real.  I have no doubt he'll be a good LT some day, but I do question how he'll fit in at LG as a rookie.  We'll see...

We don't want Tunsil to be too good at guard. The Fins may decide to keep him there. Which will mean they traded up to 13th overall for...a full-time guard.

Guard is an entirely different position, and I kind of like the idea of him learning next to Albert. If Albert were able to stay healthy, he could have been one of the best guys to play his position. That said, it's a tough transition to play guard when you're used to being an outside anchor. There's a completely different mindset in the interior line, and I just hope he can hack the change in footwork and we don't end up with one of those rollup knee injuries because he's not used to being in the middle of the shitstorm all the time.

To be honest I would be happy to see Tunsil as a full time guard especially since Miami needs a lot of help at the OL. that would be one less excuse for the Fins and Tannehill
