What The...?!
Titans trade Dorial Green Beckham to da Iggles for OT Dennis Kelly, out of the blue. Apparently DGB was already proving to be a bust. And Apparently Howie Roseman will trade with anybody at any time.

Roseman is looking like a genius this offseason. First he gets the Phins to swap firsts for two players he was going to cut, and then he gets DGB for a backup lineman! I haven't been a fan of DGB, but at least he's got tons of potential if he ever decides he wants to grow up.
Re: What The...?!
The more I read, the more I think the Titans actually turned out to be the winners. DGB was sixth--SIXTH--on their depth chart behind a 5th round rookie, the mediocre at best Kendall Wright, and the reanimated corpse of Andre Johnson. That's just sad. And instead of just cutting him they actually got something for him. If DGB couldn't learn the playbook after a year-plus with the Titans, what makes anybody think he can learn Philly's playbook this season? And apparently he sucks at route running and catching the ball, two skills that are kinda sorta important for an NFL WR.
People keep yammering on about how DGB led the Titans' WRs in yards last season. Well, last season they didn't have Matthews, Tajae Sharpe and Johnson so it's irrelevant.
But maybe I'm wrong and a physically gifted headcase of a WR will actually amount to something for once. We'll see.

The thing is, DGB had off-field issues, poor hands, poor route-running and a poor work ethic in college. It's not a surprise...he was always going to be a project, but his skills are off the charts. If he gets his shit together and decides he wants to be a professional football player, the Eagles get a steal. If not, they cut him and all they've lost is a reserve lineman. I think it's a great move for Philly...get to kick the tires on a big-time talent at a minimal cost.
