Gase put the roster together, and now he's dumping all the players that he thought were good enough a month ago.  This guy has no clue.  Putting an inexperienced rookie coach in charge of the roster was a colossal mistake.

It either let him learn from his mistakes or let Tannebaum run the show who has never learned from his mistakes.

Hell at least we have some action to watch.

We knew there would be growing pains with a rookie head coach, this is what that looks like. 3-2 isn't "pain", but 1-4 is.

He'll need to evolve to survive. The other piece is, we need to have stellar drafts to replace the total misses made over the past 5 years. Anything before that is meaningless, ancient history. But for 5 years we've failed to draft well, or failed to keep enough of the players that actually have talent.
