Reshad Jones says Louis Delmas is working out like everyone else on the team, no limitations. He's cutting and running on the ACL injury.

That's excellent news for a Dolphins' secondary that needs all the help it can get. Now, let's just hope he can stay healthy this season...

That what I was thinking. Lets hope that he is fully healed and not running and cutting on a bum knee. That why I was hoping that Miami went after a SS. Delmas is not a guarantee that he will be healthy for more than 10 games. Let hope that Miami didn't make another mistake.
