In this case, two heads are definitely NOT better than one.

I was wondering if it might be a record. I've certainly never seen anything like that stat line: 12 catches for 58 yards!

Just remember, Grier felt it was so important to have this "playmaker" that he traded up 6 spots, and gave away a first next year to do it!

Are we having fun yet?

On the bright side, at least Waddle currently leads all rookies in receptions so there's that.

Oh, I don't blame Waddle.  We can only throw short passes the way the OL is playing. Play design leaves a lot to be desired, but again, there's only so much you can do when the QB is running for his life on every play.

On the plus side, Waddle leads all rookie receivers by a wide margin with 22 catches and is #3 in yards per game.  Hey, it's at least something positive...

I was going to ask our Crack Research Team to Look into this or Research Team on Crack if that was a Record. They are going to get that Young Man Hurt Throwing all these Short passes.

The Fins' offense: We brought in speed, speed and MORE speed in the WR room so we can throw deep this season! Watch out, NFL!

Also the Fins' offense: (Throws 3-4 yard passes during the actual games.)

Watching games the last few weeks and I see receivers wide open. No defender within 20 feet. I don't see that with our receivers. Our receivers always have a defender on them. Are we missing creativity in our routes or do our receivers suck?

I heard yesterday that we had receivers open everywhere, but Jacoby didn't pull the trigger.  Not sure how true that is, but it wouldn't surprise me.  Jacoby was running for his life and even when he got outside it looked like he was usually just trying to get the ball out and not really focusing downfield. 

Fix the OL, or we can forget about a consistent deep passing game.  But Jacoby has to learn to unleash it sometimes too...just let it rip.
