Crossen gutted it out

Miami was forced to rely on depth players like Keion Crossen to fill the void. However, after their elimination from the postseason, Crossen posted on social media that he had surgery to fix a torn labrum that he played with for the entire season.

i did notice that his play kind of tailed off towards the end of the season (including a few PI calls), i guess now we know why. props to Crossen for playing through what i am sure was a very painful injury.

Crossen was probably the biggest surprise on the team other than Kohou. He really held his own despite being thrown to the wolves.

With Kohou and Crossen, and Trill Williams coming off injury, we have the makings of a very good, young secondary. Haven't forgotten about Needham and Brandon Jones, either.

Put them in zone and coach them on zone, we will be just fine. Especially if our front 7 is schemed and called well.

Brandon Jones was getting ready to take a huge step forward before his injury. I hope he can come back at full strength and pick up where he left off.

I am suspicious that Grier will think all these promising rookies and DBs means the Phins will not need a CB in the draft?

He could be right?

Thank goodness for Kohou. This season could have been an unwarranted disaster if not for his surprising play.
