Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
Pierschbacher is a beast, and can play G or C. Definitely the type of lineman I'd like to see in Miami.
And Travis Homer? Hell yes - sign me up!

Just his name itself does it for me. I like my OL'men with multiple-syllable last names.

Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
Arcega-Whiteside might be my favorite WR in this class. I loved watching him play - fights for the ball in thge air better than any college receiver I've seen recently, and he's got a great skillset.
Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
Would RB Benny Snell Jr last until the 4th round?
That dude WAS the Kentucky offense last year.
I suspect they are gonna build the O and D lines...or try to...but who knows?
If they go with the Best Rated Player on the Board scheme, we could wind up with something good or something hideous yet again.

Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
The Patriots use 5, 6 and even 7 DBs pretty often...I think we'll be looking to do the same, with bigger DBs that can tackle. So our mocks need to include some DBs!
Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
I took one trade down in the first round as Miami is obviously trying to do that this year by all reports, but nothing different after that.

Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
I'd like to see this crew start a thread with NO TRADES.
We all want to see us trade down, and most teams want to trade down every year, but it really is rare.
Let's see the results if we just keep our picks and let the draft come to us.

Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
Given that we have a top 15 pick, I really doubt we'll trade down in rounds 1 or 2...it's a prime spot this year. Rounds 3-5, though, are rounds where we might move up or down multiple times IMO. Ideally, I'd like to see the Phins have at least 10 picks when all is said and done.

Re: first first-pick.com mock draft
If Devin White falls to 13, hard to imagine the Phins not picking him. That would be the steal of the draft.
