Love it! Sieler is a key part of the DL rotation, and he makes impact plays every time he's on the field. He seems like a cool dude and he's easy to root for. Great job by the Phins!
Trivia: Sieler was Ozzie Newsome's final draft pick as the Ravens' GM.
Zach Sieler has proven to be one of the biggest finds from the Miami Dolphins' 2019 talent search, and he's going to be sticking around for a while.
The Dolphins announced Monday they had signed the third-year defensive lineman to a contract extension through the 2023 season.
Sieler was set to become a restricted free agent in the offseason.

Another trend: This front office is locking up players that fit and perform - BEFORE they are even close to becoming free agents.
That's the right technique. Don't wait, the price goes up the more performance you see it's better to take a little bit of a chance early when both sides have a little risk, it saves money in the long run. Rewarding your own builds trust in the locker room too, and I think that's under rated.

Great points, white - and all things that past regimes did not understand.

He does make some plays. And I agree with W1, if they are part of your long range plans, lock them up while they are still cheap and you don't have to fend off other teams offers.
