Damien Williams?

Falcons just released him. Fins seem to have a RB vacancy with Wilson out. Just sayin'.

Then again I'm not sure they have the cap room and it's not as if McDaniel wants to run anyway, never mind.

Wilson may not be out - seems to be day to day from what I have seen.

We already have Ahmed and Gaskin on the roster, so I don't see the need to add another lower-tier RB. Williams really brings nothing new to the table. Maybe if Wilson ends up on IR, but even then I don't see much reason to add Williams.

I like Williams. He was a good RB who could make some moves and he was a good receiver.

He thought he was worth a whole lot more than the Phins wanted to pay though.

I think the Phins could have Henry or Okoye-reincarnated at RB and McD would choose to pass in the cold, wind and snow and play right into the hands of the Buffalo D.

I HOPE I am wrong and McD surprises me, but at this point, I not expecting much.

That seems to be the case for sure...I don't understand why the supposed "running game guru" is now so averse to the run game??

Last I heard, there could be heavy snow falling in Buffalo Saturday night. McD better figure out how to implement a run game VERY quickly.

FYI - Jeff Wilson still has not practiced this week.
