Ramsey is Fantastic in this Defense, Offense was a Hard Watch Today Fumbles & Int. Just Win Baby. Need to definitely Work on holding on to the Ball, Jets Defense attacks the Football on every tackle.

Thank God this wasn't the Jets game today. Way too many mistakes all the way around, on the sideline and on the field. Hill, Ramsey, Phillips and Bailey were all great contributors today.

He was thinking the same thing he was in the same situation VS the Chargers. Which BTW resulted in a half ending FG that turned out to be the key score of the game.

This turned out pretty much exactly as I suspected. The reports of the offense being figured out are indeed true, and will continue to be true the rest of the way, but the one scrap of a shred of a sliver of hope I have left is that the D has finally gelled and will carry this team to at least a playoff spot. They'll have to because I do not see the Fins scoring more than 20 VS anyone else the rest of the way. I still think the Jets will shut them out.

Also, I am furious that somehow it was okay to rush a clearly unready Achane back only to get hurt but Hunt apparently needs to be kept under glass for another month Evil or Very Mad

Oh well, a win is always better than a loss this time of year especially. But that whole winning 5 in a row thing is a pipe dream.

Difference is, there were only 5 seconds on the clock today. We only had time for one play.

Against the Chargers, we had 9 seconds and gained 22 on first down - leaving us with time to run another play.

Offense gets an untimed down on a defensive penalty in that situation, so what's your point? scratch

Sounds like Achane will be OK. He was cleared to come back in, but the coaches played it safe and held him out. Probably a smart move long-term. Let's see what he can do on a short week.

It doesn't matter if the ball is snapped with one second left, a defensive penalty on the play results in an untimed down which might result in getting into FG range. It's better than just kneeling.

Bottom line: there wasn't enough time and the QB took a huge hit for no reason. If there was more time on the clock, absolutely you try to make something happen. But with 5 seconds, nothing good was going to come of it.
