Receivers and the draft
1. DeVante Parker is going to be pushed to be the number one
2. Jarvis Landry is our best receiver
3. Leonte Carroo I believe he was drafted to take Kenny Stills position. He isn't as fast but he doesn't drop anything plus he gets YAC.
4 Kenny Stills had limited production last year and I think Miami will move away from him. Something about this kid leaves teams wanting to get rid of him.

I don't like Stills and I'm happy to replace him...I just don't think Carroo will be starting-caliber. He benefited from a gimmicky offense, and his inability to separate will kill him in the NFL IMO.

Miami might have the best young WR Corps in the NFL. With an improved OL no more excuses for Tannegobber.

I have to agree. Tannehill will have to show up now....If Miami fails this season then it will be on Tannehill head

He's out of excuses regardless of the line. He either makes it or we move on to our developmental guy we've been grooming behind him named, Nobody.

Re: Receivers and the draft
Miami's WR corps is Landry, maybe Parker, and a whole lot of question marks. I'm not impressed.
Re: Receivers and the draft
You trade two of next season's picks for a WR, he damn well BETTER be a faster Anquan Boldin, as Caroo says he is.

Yeah, Caroo says he's Marvin Harrison/Anquan Boldin, and that midget whose name I can't remember says he's better than Sproles. I'll believe it when I see it.
Personally, I think Caroo will struggle to get open at the next level and the midget won't make the team.

HEY!!! They're called little people these days
Seriously, I have a friend who's 5'5" and even has a mesomorph build, but I would never think he could have played football in college, let alone the NFL.

Re: Receivers and the draft
I give credit to the guy for putting together a great college career, but things are a bit different at the NFL level. Guys like Sproles are the exception, not the rule.

Mack Herron. That's who Grant is.

They say the real short guys get lost in traffic. Hard to find and it gives them an advantage

I believe this to be true. I think he's got a little Hines Ward in him as well.

Then why isn't every team scrambling to add short receivers???
Re: Receivers and the draft
re: Mack Herron. Great point! When the pick was made I was immediately thinking Dave Meggett.
I hope I'm wrong about the Caroo pick. Reminded me of trading all those picks to get Daniel Thomas. Just not worth it.

I think Shorty might end up being the second-best pick of this draft.
