Undrafted rookies

I was checking out the undrafted rookies. I think the receiver from Alabama makes it as a special teamer. Christion Jones was used as a kickoff and punt returner in college. Here's a twitter pic of the names of all the undrafted rookies.

Jones was definitely a good returner for 'Bama. If Matthews gets traded that would open a spot for Jones.

I just hope we can find someone to replace Landry on returns...I don't like the idea of our top receiver returning kicks and punts. And, Landry was pretty bad on punts.

the draft pick Bobby McCain is a dynamic punt returner.

Yeah, looks like McCain had decent stats as a kick returner at Memphis, but I don't think he ever returned punts?
