Miami draft option 2017 Empty Miami draft option 2017

I know that Miami is winning but I am so use to doing this about this time that I going to do it anyway. The lastest mock draft that I saw had Miami drafting at 20. Miami needs to replace Maxwell. He is a torn in Miami's side and needs to be released. If Miami goes DB in the first round then they should go after Sidney Jones CB out of Washington.

I've read this is the best draft for CB's in a long time. That being said if DE, or LB isn't the pick I'll be disappointed. However if the Dolphins picked OJ Howard, TE, Alabama I wouldn't be TOO disappointed or surprised.

Miami does need a TE. I have to look at them.

I like Jordan Leggett as well as O.J. Howard. Here videos of both players. My only issue is that many Alabama players don't do well in the NFL

I also like Jake Butt from Michigan but I think Howard is a game changer, playmaker, instant star.

If Miami drafts an Alabama player in every round I'd be just fine with it.

Miami needs to replace Maxwell. He is a torn in Miami's side and needs to be released.

He was earlier this year, evidenced by his benching.

Recently, however, he has earned praise from the coaches. We've already seen proof they don't pull punches, which lends credence to the praise side of the coin.

If Howard gets healthy, it's a tossup whether he replaces Lippett or Maxwell.

There is a high possibility that Lippett is still around. He been making plays for Miami the last couple of games, so I don't see him going anywhere. I a little high on getting rid of McCain.

Most mocks I've seen have us taking Taco Chareston DE from Michigan. He's a beast and I would approve.

After the season, dump Maxwell and his insane salary and replace him with Howard. Draft a CB and let him compete with Lippett. I don't really like Lippett, but he is at least serviceable and he is VERY cheap - no reason to get rid of him. McCain is inconsistent, but he makes plays and he's also cheap - I'd keep him too.

I agree with all of this but given we should have a lot of cap room I'd prefer a FA corner.

I hate to say it but Pat Elflien C/G from the Ohio State University makes so much sense. All American at Center in 2016, and at guard in 2015.

Pouncey is most likely in our long term plans, given two factors. First, he is elite when he's on the field. Second, we gave him a ton of guaranteed money so cutting him hurts us from a dead money standpoint. He's here for at least the next couple seasons, maybe more.

Given that, a player with position flexibility that can serve as a backup C would be a very good acquisition. We have to plan on mitigating the risk of another hip injury, and that plan has to be better than Steen, who is playing awful right now.

Yes, he'd be the starting guard and back up center. I mean let's face it, when the line is healthy we win. Also I'm now hearing Reuben Foster might be a top 5 pick so there goes my middle linebacker.

I agree that Miami will need to go after a OL in the first round but I not sure how to evaluate OL players. So if ya'll have any other go ahead and post.

It's not my preference but if you look at where we probably will pick , say 18, I think that might be the safest way to go. I also think Tanneballs shoots his wad of cash on D during free agency.
