Bills Making Major Moves

The swamp of Sammy Watkins for Jordan Matthews doesn't worry me too much, but they somehow managed to finagle an extra second AND third round pick in next year's draft

Seems an odd time to get rid of Watkins now that he's finally healthy, but they obviously didn't want to give him the big bucks next season. Rookie Zay Jones has reportedly looked excellent, and Matthews will be a good slot receiver for them. I'm glad that Watkins is out of the division, but I have a feeling Jones will be giving us fits for years to come.

Great job by the Bills to stockpile picks.

Bills traded Reggie Ragland, who they took in the second round just a year ago, to KC for a 2019 4th.

For a bad team they sure seem to have a lot of tradeable pieces. Remember when some people here wanted the Fins to take Ragland?

Ragland doesn't fit the Bills' new defensive scheme, and he was third on their depth chart. Getting a 4th rounder for a 3rd stringer is a pretty damn good move.

On the flipside, if he's healthy, Ragland will be a perfect fit for that Chiefs' defense IMO.
