Great to hear that Albert is practicing, but he sure doesn't sound confident about week one. This will be an interesting situation to monitor, especially with backup LT Jason Fox getting a concussion against the Panthers.
Albert, who is recovering from two torn ligaments in his right knee, practiced at full speed for the first time since being injured in November. Albert's participation in practice raises hope that he'll be available for the Sept. 13 regular-season opener at Washington.
But Albert, a Pro Bowl selection in 2013, isn't thinking that far ahead.
Mike Tannenbaum weighs in on preseason injuries
Dolphins VP of Football Operations Mike Tannenbaum talks about preseason injuries on The Sid Rosenberg Show (640-AM).
"I don't know yet," he said about being available for the opener. "Only time will tell. We'll see how everything goes the next few weeks, how well I do, and how well my knee is holding up."
