Phins just scored to tie it up at 7. Parker 2 yard TD after a long reception by Williams. Unfortunately I didn't see the TD because the damn TV feed is out - apparently there is heavy rain in Miami.

Well, apparently the Phins punted. And then Bills hit a couple of big pass plays are are up 14-7.

Dolphin pass defense is non-existent today...awful.
