Phins at Bills game thread

Bills up 3-0 after a 57-yard FG.  The Dolphins D has been solid so far, shutting down the Bills other than a long Allen run.

The Miami offense moved the ball well on their first position, but Sanders missed an easy FG.  Tua was under constant pressure as the Bills blitzed almost every play and the Miami OL couldn't handle it.  Tua had two really sweet 3rd down conversion passes to Parker.

A better start than expected, but you know it's just a matter of time till the floodgates open.

Amazing!  The Phins OL has 2 false starts already...and neither of them were on Jackson!

1st quarter ends on a sack, as Buffalo blew up the entire OL.  So fucking bad.

Tua is getting hit on nearly every drop-back.  This won't end well.

Phins stuff Bills on 3rd and short!  Looked like Seiler led the way.  Matt Haack follows with one of his trademark shanked punts!  Hopefully the Miami offense can come alive here...but doubtful with the garbage OL.

Tua, under pressure, with a nice pass to Gaskin - who takes it 22 yards on 3rd and 6.

And another nice drive stalls.  Gaskin stuffed on 3rd and short - no run blocking at all on that play.  Sanders nails a 51 yarder to tie it up.

Time for a turnover, defense!!!

Great defensive series.  Byron Jones with a beautiful pass breakup on a bomb, and Ogbah gets to Allen on an all-out blitz to force the 3rd down incompletion.  But then the Bills pin the Phins inside the 5 on the punt.

Duke Riley and AVG combine for a sack on 4th down late in the half!  This Miami defense came to play - FUCK YEAH!!!

There was intentional grounding on the sack, so Phins got the ball in Bills territory.  Inside the 20 now, after a horse-collar flag on the Bills.  Come on!!!

3rd and 5 from the 12, and...DISASTER!

Gesicki was trying to get Waddle lined up correctly, then Gesicki went in motion late and the snap hit him - fumble, Bills recover.  What a nightmare. 

Dolphins are playing so fucking sloppy - lots of miscommunication and penalties.It's 3-3 at the half, but the Phins should be winning - they squandered two golden scoring opportunities.  The sign of a bad team.

I like the defensive pressure. Allen really doesn't look comfortable back there.

Phins open the half with a damn 3 and out after the penalty.  This offense is a joke.

Tua hit on the first two plays of this drive, and then pressured on the 3rd down throw...this OL is a nightmare.  Another 3 and out.

Bills fumbled the ensuing punt but recovered in the endzone for a touchback.  Sure seemed like a safety to me, but I guess not.

How long can the defense keep playing at a high level when the offense does nothing???

Bills have 3rd and 14...Phins have no pass rush, Allen finds an open receiver short, who then runs for the first.  Could be the start of the defense falling apart??

Bills 3rd and 1...Roberts has Allen in hand for a sack, and Allen shrugs him off and runs for the first.  Ugh.  Bills starting to dominate.

Phins stop Bills on 3rd and 5 with an all-out blitz...but pass interference.  1st and goal Bills.  And then an easy TD to a wide open receiver.

10-3, and given the performance of the offense today, that should be game over.  Fuck.

Such a shame...this was absolutely a winnable game.
