Mocking Day 3

By the time the simulator gets to 156 (I decided not to try any tradeups) Stevenson and Herbert are the top 2 on the board, both RBs.  No viable trade offer.  I think Herbert offers versatility, Stevenson is more limited IMO.

156. Khalili Herbert, RB

Demetric Felton keeps falling, all the way down to 199, where I stop and consider making a deal.  I don't and he goes there.  Good value in this mock....

231. Kene Nwangwu, RB

What the hell, let's take two swings at solving this need.

244. Josh Ball, OT

He goes before this, and he's going underdrafted IMO.  Much better prospect than this ranking.

EDGE Chris Rumph at 156, 231, 244 respectively. I like the second draft better than the first....

Phins just traded the 156 to Steelers - no details yet.

Phins get a 2022 4th for trading down.  I like it - much deeper draft next year.

I just noticed that. I figured they would trade down. Hopefully they added something decent for the move.

Nice, a later pick but there is the pick back from moving up earlier in the draft.

Teams are just picking players for the hell of it here in round 5...real bottom of the barrel.

I certainly felt there was.still good value left today. We still have some glaring holes or areas that could use competition or quality depth.

This was the perfect draft to have no picks in those rounds. This is the worst day 3 I've ever seen. Just a real lack of quality players after the middle of round 3.
