I have a confession to make: at around 4 AM I finally got a bit of sleep...and woke up a little after 6

It feels good to feel good, doesn't it? I can't remember the last time I was on this kind of natural high with no drugs or alcohol involved. It might be years. Even the annual Pats win was no longer having this sort of effect on me anymore.
