UFA's added
Aubrey Miller Jr. was surprisingly undrafted, glad the Fins were able to add him as a UFA. Thought he was as good as several LB's who were drafted.

Yes, Blackmon played for FSU then Arkansas State. He was never with FAU. Started with FSU as a true freshman but that was as successful as it got for him in college.

Re: UFA's added
Love this group of UDFAs. There are several that could have a real shot to make the team IMO:
LB - Aubrey Miller
DT - Brandon Pili
OL - Jarret Horst
P - Michael Turk
Edge - Garrett Nelson
G - DJ Scaife Miami
RB - Chris Brooks

Re: UFA's added
Obviously I liked the Miller signing a lot.
Vandenburgh could also surprise and stick, at least on the PS. He too has potential. Had Miller ranked higher (I expected Miller to go in the 6th round, 7th for sure)
Turk needs some refinement but he has a shot at winning the job IMO.
Scaife started for 4 years at the U. He is also a PS candidate, could stick at G long term. Over 50 starts in college FWIW.
they obviously wanted Pili. His injury history probably kept him from being drafted.

Re: UFA's added
Just like last year the Oofdah (UFDA) class is better than the draft class!
Maybe that's why Grier's such a bad drafter, he and the scouts spend most of their time checking out the guys likely to NOT be drafted, hmmm Not a bad strategy actually the way this roster's been constructed. Hopefully the "stars and scrubs" class division won't cause the locker room to implode.
I REALLY hope these guys get a fair shot, because there are still some players on this team who don't belong in the NFL let alone the roster.

Re: UFA's added
Vandenburgh had 14 sacks Last Year and over 100 Tackles but that was His only Year Starting so he is inexperienced. 6' 3" 235 , His Film looked Pretty Good. Turk was #2 Punter according to Mr Kiper.

I had a friend say to keep an eye on the TE from Campbell, Julian Hill. He said to never underestimate a Fighting Camel!!!
That is Campbell's mascot!

Still not as bad as the Boston University...TERRIERS. Yes, that was their actual name. I'm giving a like to whoever can identify which former Fin played at that school.

James Turnstile, you say? Let's hope he's less of one than the other bums.

Re: UFA's added
Undrafted rookie edge rusher Mitchell Agude reportedly dominated OTAs. He'll be a player to watch moving forward...let's see what he can do when camp starts. He played for the Canes last year (after 2 years at UCLA), so I saw him a bit but he didn't really stand out to me. Good size at 6'5" 245.
Re: UFA's added
Let's hope he ain't another Kirby Dar Dar!
Looked like a HOFer when practicing without the pads on and then looked like a FPOTs (flaming pile of terds)
with the pads on.

Kirby Dar Dar might have been the best Dolphins WR ever......in spring practices.
