Veteran Personnel Exec Bobby Grier serves as consultant
I liked this article. I remain skeptical about our scouting staff and the draft choices we've made, but I am hopeful with a clean power structure and input from veteran personnel guys we can eventually turn that record around.
Yes, Bobby is Chris Grier's father:

So Daddy's coming in to help his little boy? If Chris Grier can't get the job done, fire his ass and move on. Bringing in his father to "consult" is embarrassing. It would make more sense to bring in someone that doesn't have a built-in agenda and emotional attachment.

How did I miss this???
Ross never learns does he? Yeah, let's just keep adding people to the front office at random, that's worked out SO well for this team in the past, right?
It feels weird to say this, but I kinda missed complaining Not because I like feeling bad, but because complaining about the screwed up stuff the Fins do just feels...normal.
