Lions to cut TE Eric Ebron

I have a feeling the Phins will make a play for Ebron. He's productive, but I wouldn't sign him. He has poor hands, can't block, isn't a particularly good route runner and isn't a big play receiver. And, it seems like he's soft and lazy. So...Tannenbaum and Gase are probably drooling over him.

I think we could do better by drafting a TE in round 2.

I'm actually surprised Ebron didn't make a better transition to the NFL.  I actually really liked him coming out of college.

Ebron signed with the Colts. 2-year deal worth up to $15 million.
