Not too happy about this...I was looking forward to new blood. Most of these guys have been with the Phins forever, and we haven't exactly drafted well...

Holding out hope this is a first step.

Many teams resist change in the Winter/Spring, it's so close to draft time they don't want a major shakeup in personnel. Also, reading between the lines, the two previous Directors are now Co-Directors, that reads nothing like a promotion to me. In fact, it's a dilution of their previous role.

I wouldn't worry too much, the addition of Allen alone elevates our talent evaluation a good bit.

Let's see if more moves are made after the draft....
