But seriously, I'm actually glad the Pats, Jets and Bills never had a shot at him. Maybe the Falcons can run the Wishbone this season? They had just 2 players with 40 catches or more last season and they were also the only ones to go over 500 receiving yards--and one of them is an Eagle now.

I assumed the Eagles traded from 30 to 9, since they already have pick 10. But no - they traded the # 10 and a 4th in 2024 to move up one spot to take DT Jalen Carter!

As an Islanders fan, I HATE the Rangers so I'm loving it!

The draft has been pretty interesting. Lots of trades in the top 10.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. But they only gave up a 4th next year, so not too bad. Carter is a beast if he wants to play, but lots of red flags.

Earlier today Jalen Carter publicly guaranteed the Eagles were taking him if he fell to 10. At least he was wrong Razz

But IMO this is an absolutely HORRIBLE move by Philly.

Yeah, using a top 10 pick on a DT with weight and motivation issues is pretty damn risky.
