Outstanding news. His presence in the lineup is a "level up" for the offense.

Maybe. Achane certainly opens things up. But he had a monster game against the Bills, and we still managed to score just 20 points (none in the 4th quarter) and the Hill/Waddle combo really didn't do anything. So I think it's more than just Achane.

To me, the issue is that this offense looks like a sloppy mess on the road against good teams, and I think the biggest problem is communication. It seems like McD, Tua, the OL and really the entire offense can't get on the same page quickly enough when there's excessive crowd noise. By the time they get to the line, they have to rush to use the motion on the particular play, there's no time to identify blitzers, and players have trouble getting lined up correctly. And when things are rushed like that, mistakes happen. McD has not found a way to fix that. That's why our offense looks unstoppable at home and like a hot mess in Buffalo, Philly and Germany (in front of a massive Chiefs crowd).
