Pacquaio-Mayweather Fight???

Can't believe nobody said anything about the "Fight Of The Century". Could I really be the only one here who saw it???

Let's just say I don't know what was more disappointing, the Fins' draft or this fight. And then my GF comes in from being out of town last night and tells me Pacquaio is now whining about having an injured shoulder that he didn't want to take painkillers for

Don't bother. You'll be bored to tears. The whole fight consists of Mayweather dancing around Pacquaio while occasionally jabbing him, clinching and holding repeatedly, and lounging around on the ropes while somehow still avoiding almost every Pacquiao punch. There, I just saved you the trouble

I used to be a huge boxing fan, but I don't watch much anymoe for the exact reason you describe. Too many boxers these days just rely on dancing and holding. I think the art of true boxing is pretty much gone.

Hagler-Hearns opening round is still the best round of boxing I've ever seen. It's on Youtube, albeit low quality. Night and day difference between that and the weekend "fight".

That's Mayweather though. Defensive fighter who rarely gets tagged, so he wins on points. It's dull, boring and sucks.

I watched it. Not a lot happened.
