Nice defense! Time for Tannehill to win it with 2 minutes left...let's see if he's up to the challenge.

Wow. In no way shape or form did we deserve to win this game, and we did it anyway.

That's true progress.

Nail bitter but the team woke up in the 4th. Winning is better then losing. Go Fins.

Landry's TD and the whole team pushing him 4 yards for the TD was the turning point.

The power of the tablet strikes again Very Happy cheers

I figured it would be a low scoring grindfest. What I didn't think would happen (like, at all) was Tannehill of all people leading them back from two scores down in the 4th to win it Shocked I'll have to check but I cannot imagine he's ever done THAT before.

What I did find out was that before today, a team had won this season with 250 yards or less just seven times, and the Rams were on the losing end of three of those games. Might explain more than anything else why they finally switched to Goff.

The Fins barely scraped by this team on the road in '08 and now they did it again. Good sign? Oui shall see...

I was having trouble posting off of my phone earlier today. Not sure if the problem is resolved. Had to get my laptop out.

The first three quarters of this game was totally defensive. Miami did a good job besides the TD run from Gurley. The offense didn't give the defense no help at all but they stuck it out and did what they had to do.

I'll take the win. Our offense cannot play well with this offensive line's injuries. This is something that has to be fixed. Durability is a skill.

Great win. I still can't figure out how the Rams lose so much. I'm starting to think Jeff Fisher is a great GM but a horrible coach.

He's shown more than a tendency to lose in the 4th.  He has no idea what to do when it comes to developing a quarterback, and if it weren't for Steve McNair, he'd not be working right now.

This game was so ugly that it was beautiful.

Our defense is the hero IMO. With the offense struggling mightily against an excellent defense and short-handed on the line, the defense kept us in the game all day. Gurley was held in check. Goff was conservative and didn't turn the ball over, but he wasn't really threatening the defense either.

Ajayi, even missing the three starters on the offensive line, still averaged 4.8 yards a carry. I'm a believer, our running game is here to stay. Gase isn't just paying lip service, he is going to continue running the ball.

Just when I was starting to think Tannehill would lose this game for us, he turns around and wins it. He finishes the game 11 for 11 with two touchdowns. Clutch fourth quarter throws, one of the best things that happened yesterday. Now, his team mates are starting to believe in him.

Overall, we take both wins on our west coast trip, and return home to host the 49ers. Hopefully they show up tired and get pushed around by our running game and defensive line.

Jeff Fisher is a Ponzi scheme.

Well I glad that Miami didn't go after Jeff Fisher. With a losing record after four season the Rams must be crazy to keep him.

Jeff Fisher over Gase right now? - absolutely not.

Jeff Fisher over Failbin after the 2011 season?  Yes, I would have taken that decision.  For as mediocre as he is, Fisher would still be the best NFL (not overall, otherwise of course Saban would be better) head coach we had had since Jimmy.

Jury is still out on Gase, but at least the potential to be better than average is there.  It was never there IMO with Wannstedt, Cameron, Sparano or Philbin.

For what it's worth, Fisher's 22 year record indicates a playoff berth once every 4 years, and about 33-31 over that period.  Not good by any means, but, yep, better than any 'Fins coach since Jimmah (that the book is closed on -- Gase might be a really good one.  Let's hope so.)

I'd never hire Fisher as a coach but I think he's been one of, if not the best, GM in the league. So he may have had similar results as Joe Philbin, but I guarantee the roster would be significantly better than it is now if Fisher would have been given the power he demanded.

Fisher's a dinosaur who cannot develop a QB to save his life. In other words, the exact wrong kind of coach for today's game.

As for his GM skills, where are the Rams' offensive stars? Do they have any good O-linemen I don't know about? You can seriously argue that the Fins have drafted better offensive players than Fisher the past 5 years. And that's just sad.
