That what I am saying this was a worthless pickup/trade if we only got someone that is worthless

Meh. All we got in return was a 7th round pick, who cares we lost it. Clearly BA would have probably stayed in the league here in Miami, but we need Tunsil at his long term position.

Re: Branden Albert Retires
Albert was finished in Miami the second Tunsil was drafted. Smart for him to retire...assuming he didn't piss away all his $$$, he's set for life and is young and (relatively) healthy.

Good move, I wish him luck, and hopefully he can not end up crippled from the NFL.

Re: Branden Albert Retires
After a one-week retirement, Albert has told the Jacksonville Jaguars that he wants to return to the team, but a league source said the Jags are unlikely to allow him to do so.

so if he un-retires, do the Phins get the 7th round pick back?

Re: Branden Albert Retires
I see someone finally told Albert he'd have to pay back his signing bonus if he retired, so now he's passionate about football again.
He still has to appear in three games this season for the Fins to get that pick. Which means even if the Jags take him back (I sure wouldn't) he'll only appear in two.

Jags put him on reserved/retired list. So he not officially with the Jags but he hasn't left either.
