I Just Want To Apologize...

For the things I've said lately about Ballage. Sometimes I forget pro athletes are human beings like the rest of us, and are trying their best even if they don't succeed. There's no excuse for it, and I should be better than that. I could've gone back and deleted it all but instead I'm taking ownership of it and hopefully I won't slip up like that again. Ballage can't be in a positive place now, what with getting severely injured just before the holidays on top of the season he's already had. Hopefully someone is trying to cheer him up.

Hate to see that he is injured but really don't want him back on the team next year

The coaches seem to like him, they must believe he has potential.

Maybe he can be coached up but I don't know. He's still on his rookie deal, cutting him should not be a big priority unless we have so many backs he gets caught in a numbers game.

No need to apologize. This is, among other things, a place to vent. Let's be honest: Ballage has been one of the all-time worst running backs in NFL history statistically. But of course, no one wanted to see him get injured. I just hope he has a full recovery and has a good back-up career plan.

Has 316 been hacked? While reading the apology, I kept waiting for that usual 316 dry-sarcastic spin on how this somehow has to do with all the evils of this world we live in this day and age, but it never came.

I still say he's been hacked.

We'll know he's been hacked if he puts up a post about seeing Kaepernick's side of things.

I wouldn't apologize. You are seeing what you are seeing. From your perspective of things. No one else's.

However, i don't know if there is a fair way to truly critique, judge, gauge or whatever you want to call it, because this OL is not built for stability. It's meant to be fluid. It's meant to get what we can out of it. Part of it is due to lack of talent but let's face it. we scrapped everything. so to get something out of nothing would take a remarkably talented, headstrong, character guy.

Barry Sanders type guy. Ballage is not that type of guy.
