Re: East/West Shrine Bowl
I've been reading some notes about the Shrine practices this week, and it seems like every single person says the same thing: DE Alex Highsmith (from Charlotte) is an absolute BEAST. Can't wait to see him in action during the game.
I'm also intrigued by Jon Runyan (OT from Michigan), because his father was a great lineman back in the day.

I'm glad to hear that seeing as I took him in a couple of my pretend drafts not knowing a thing about him but figuring if he was considered draftable out of Charlotte he had to be good

Seriously! The fact that he's even being mentioned is amazing...but he's getting praised all over the place this week.

It is crazy knowing you saw someone dad play in the NFL and now their kid is about to get drafted and play as well.

Re: East/West Shrine Bowl
I've only watched the first quarter so far. Miami LBs looking good, and Runyan looked fantastic in both run blocking and pass pro.
Re: East/West Shrine Bowl
Saw the full game.
RBs Benny LeMay and James Robinson looked great.
OL Jon Runyan and Darryl Williams were both very impressive.
WRs Aaron Parker, John Hightower and Binjimen Victor made some plays.
DE Alex Highsmith had a couple of pressures.
LB Shaq Quarterman was all over the place.
