RIP Howard Schnellenberger
Another Dolphins (and Hurricanes) legend passes on. Reunited with Coach Shula...Heaven just got a bit more perfect.

My second favorite coach of all time, and favorite college coach. Was awesome to see him on the sidelines in person at numerous FAU games. (They played in Texas often!) RIP coach. If you haven't read Passing the Torch, it's great. Glad he passed that knowledge down to us.

The best Hurricanes coach ever. Literally changed the way colleges looked at recruiting.

There are so many great stories, Howard's book Passing the Torch is a great read if you haven't had the chance to check it out yet.
However, he somehow neglected to leave this meeting with another legend in 1989 out of his book.
