X Howard injured

Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard missed practice Wednesday because of a groin injury, leaving his status in question for Sunday’s game at Buffalo. He missed a game last season with a groin injury.

no word on the severity, but groins are the type of injury that can linger for a while. perhaps the groin was the reason he didn't play that well in Ravens game. it really would've been nice to have a healthy Howard against Diggs and Allen.

I like the veteran rest days that McDaniel has implemented for guys like Armstead, Ingram, Howard, etc. I know other teams do it, but it really helps these guys stay fresh in a long, grueling season.
