I love how he and his wife bought it for $1.78 mil and just three years later want $2.5 mil for it. They'd better have done one hell of a renovation to justify that.

Honestly, having the gall to ask for that much more after living there just 3 years is the only reason I posted this to begin with. Am I really supposed to believe the housing market has recovered *that* much? Or that somehow a coach who works 90-100 hours a week for half the year and has the personality and drive of a wall has somehow put in enough time and money to increase the value by roughly 700 grand? A car depreciates the moment you drive it off the lot, but houses somehow mysteriously increase in value over time with no significant changes made? Puh-lease  

Then again I might be influenced by all the shows on HGTV my GF watches where major home renovations are being done 24/7.

I believe the Ross model would include only the living room and spare bedroom for sale this year, then unloading another third of the house the next season, and then keeping the remaining, and unmatching, third of the house to integrate with the rest of it.

Well, if he makes a profit on the house, he's in damn good shape...considering that Ross is still paying him too. Good for him.

Being a Dolphins head coach under Ross has to be one of the world's greatest jobs. You can absolutely suck, and still get paid.
