Fins Worst 4-3 NFL Team Ever???
Only five other teams had a -60 point differential through seven games (I was genuinely shocked it wasn't a lot more), and none of them had more than 2 wins.

Then I remembered the '11 Chiefs. What's so noteworthy about them? They somehow finished 7-9 despite being outscored by a whopping 126 points In other words, they were a 4-win team who lucked their way into 3 extra wins somehow. To give you an idea of how awful they really were, the 0-7 at the time Fins whipped them 31-3.

They lost their first two games by a combined 79 points (no, that's not a typo) and yet even THEY had a better point differential at 4-3 than this season's Fins.
I've only done cursory research so far, but I cannot imagine any 4-3 team in any NFL season since 1940 (as far back as PFR goes) who was outscored by more than this one.
EDIT: Just found out that the 0-7 49ers have been outscored by 63, and the 0-7 Browns by 66. So yeah, the Fins are literally just one step above that level of suckitude, but way luckier. And even then if it wasn't for that garbage time TD in the first Jets game the Fins would be right down there with them.

Even Football Perspective has taken note of the ridiculous difference between the Fins' record and their point differential.

But to me the one comment (so far) is even more telling. Take the two Ravens losses out and the point differential drops to just -5 Still not good for what would be a 14-7 record, but a pretty vast difference that justifies my bewilderment at how this team can smack the Fins around like no other.

7 games and we haven't even scored 100 points yet. That's pathetic. In fact, if you take out the defensive score we had, we've scored just 85 points on offense...that's about 12 points a game. Even Bill Lazor was more productive than this clown Gase.
