If The Fins Are 0-16 This Season...
How would you guys feel about it? Is the stigma officially dead seeing as two teams have gone 0-16 since the last time this team flirted with it? Or is it still something that none of you would ever want to be associated with, even if it led to a resurgence similar to what the Browns seem to be doing right now?

I'd rather not be. 2-14 should do it.

Way too early to say because we don't know the roster, but I don't see this team winning less than 4 games...just an initial gut feeling based on my perceived quality of the coaching staff and front office.
Regardless, at this point in my life I don't think I'd feel much different about a 4-win season vs. a 2-win season vs. a 0-win season. It's really all the same in the end: major suck.

I dont see that happening. I feel that Flores would be too prideful to sink so low but at the same time if you are rebuilding then there will be some losses

Nah, just remember how WONDERFUL it felt when Brian Billick GIFTED the Phins with a victory in Dumbstedt's final season?
When Greg Camarillo?? (I can never remember that dudes name!!!) caught that pass and ran for the TD, I realized just how badly I was not wanting an "Oh for" season. I had been, like most of us, saying that an Oh-fer was okay if it got Huizenga to wise up and shyte-can Wannstedt, but... The reaction to that win was all the proof I needed to know I was fooling myself.
I will be greatly surprised if the Phins are any good this season, but I doubt they will be an Oh-fer team either. At least i hope not.

I remember it vividly.
I was also stricken when I saw Huizenga weeping in the booth. Relieved to avoid the embarrassment and being forever remembered as the owner responsible
For this franchise sporting the only flawless season ever, avoiding the opposite is a very big deal.

Fail forward fast
Just think, the Fins could've hired Tomlin (the guy I was calling for).

0-16 won't happen, but if 2-14 or worse does, well, hey, some of the best have started terribly.
Jimmy Johnson was 1-15 in his first Dallas year, Bill Walsh was 2-14 in his first San Francisco year, Chuck Noll 1-13 in Pitt, and so on.
Of course, using that logic, Cam Cameron might have been on his way to starting a dynasty here if we'd only left him alone, BUT.....I kinda doubt it. :-)

I doubt it also. I think that is the closest a HC has ever come to getting tossed off the flight back to Miami after that game where Cam benched a player (for something) and nearly the entire team rose up to protest. Cam LOST that team!

Cam was a total stop gap. it seem like no one wanted to coach for miami at the time or the owner at the time didnt care. definitely a lesson learned
